Q: Can Payment be made via direct deposit?
A: Yes I am more than happy to accept direct deposit from Australian buyers. Please contact me using the contact form, and payment details will be emailed to you.

Postage FAQ
Q: Is it possible to combine postage?
A: Yes, postage is automatically combined for up to two tubes already. Please contact me (using the contact form) for postage quotes for a higher number of items. Postage can also be combined for items from my etsy stores. Please contact me to arrange this.

Q: Which delivery method is used?
A: Parcels will be sent by regular post, unless express or registered post is requested. Please enquire about cost for these methods.

Returns FAQ
Q: Are returns accepted?
A: Given the nature of the product, LandOfOzSupplies does not accept returns. However, the manufacturer offers a 100% unconditional money back guarantee on the Invisible Glove because they are so confident in its effectiveness!

International Buyers FAQ
Q: Do you ship to countries other than the US and Australia?
A: Yes I am happy to arrange this. Please use the contact form to contact me, and I can send a PayPal invoice for your order.
